Customs & Duties

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. TWFishing is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, TWFishing is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping problems when possible.
